Refund Policy

*Customers on receipt of their items can cancel their order for whatever reason they wish, as long as they advise us in writing (via email at within 14 days of receiving the goods. To fulfil this refund policy, the items must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging to allow resale. The cost of returning the items is the customer's responsibility.

We are happy to exchange items for customers, please note however the cost to return the item and to redeliver the exchange item is the responsibility of the customer.

For both refunds and exchanges customers are advised to return items using a signed for postal service for their piece of mind. To keep your cost down even 2nd class signed for.

​Once your email is received, you will be advised the return adress for your locality and a returns number.

*This refund policy is not applicable to custom made garments.

Please note: Under the consumer contracts regulations 2014, for UK customers, traders have to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, it only has to refund the basic cost.
